First and foremost we work primarily with hand-felted cashmere.
Cashmere goats are not shorn but carded. Only the soft undercoat of the goat is harvested making the end result superiorly warm yet breathable,
Spot da Dog only produces handcrafted, “one of a kind” quality garments. We work from a huge range of colours and textures that make each piece unique.
Our products are reconstructed, recycled natural fibers, hypo allergenic, softer and warmer than any synthetic (even when wet) and so very importantly wash and wear.
We ensure comfort by using special finishes in our construction eliminating seam allowances and lumps and bumps.
Safety is made fun by our innovative use of reflective fabrics and logos.
At Spot da Dog we strive to be an eco- conscious company using biodegradable findings and avoiding fossil fuel products whenever we can.
We have developed a unique elastic and toggle system to help fit and allow growth.
Our coats all have adjustable lead holes and extended zipper pulls making it easy to find and fit harnesses in the cold or dark.
Spot da Dog’s products are all wash and wear. Look on the back of the label for the international symbols on care. Warm gentle wash, air dry or lay flat.
