HOW DO I PICK A SIZE AND MEASURE MY DOG?
Simply refer to the online size chart.(link) Spot da Dog’s size system is set up to reflect women’s sizes in North America. From 0 to size 6w. This system of sizing fits dogs from 3 to 30 lbs. We have special cuts for long and sturdy dogs within this size range All measurements are in inches. Collar, topline and chest are our 3 most important measurements. Please measure your dog accurately and don’t add ease. Note* these measurements reflect the dog and not the garment. With any order at Spot da Dog we do ask that you back up your order with a custom measurement form. This form includes diagrams explaining the various measurements needed. It can simply be added as an attachment with your order and used as a back up to ensure your product satisfaction. You will not be charged for custom work but if we do feel your size choice ordered is inaccurate we will contact you for clarification. Any item ordered for a dog that fits within our size chart.
Any colour, lining or trim option listed in the store. |
IS THERE A SURCHARGE FOR ONLINE CUSTOM ORDERS?
Yes, all custom orders have a surcharge of 25%. |
WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY TIME ON CUSTOM ORDERS?
Due to the nature of custom work we ship within 4 weeks. |
IF I BACK UP MY ORDER WITH THE CUSTOM SIZE CHART WILL I BE SUR-CHARGED FOR A CUSTOM ORDER?
Certainly not! We do ask that you back up your order with our downloadable full measurement sheet. This more detailed measurement sheet gives us a much better picture of your dog and enables us to proof read your order and insure that our standard sizes will fit your dog.

Sorry but we are unable to accept refunds or exchanges on custom made garments.
If you are able to come to visit our Toronto studio, we will personally fit your dog at no extra charge.
